Through their multiple demonstrations and tastings, we were able to discover or rediscover during the 2012 Etoiles de Mougins their diverse range of cuisine, from slty to sweet tastes, a classic traditional and local cuisine revisited, a modern and evolving cuisine. During this great event they have displayed a good mood while applying to have fun and having fun with the large audience who came to enjoy a warm and festive cuisine. 30 years ago, there was talk of the "Paul's gang", referring to Paul Bocuse's group of friends who, while having fun, was representing the culinary prestige of France in the whole world. Today, on the Côte d'Azur, and mainly on Nice, Les Toques Brûlées continue on the same path with the same motto: quality, creativity, conviviality. Hard-working and full of ambition, determined to keep pace with cultural change in a region, these young chefs have created in October 2007 the association "Les Toques Brûlées" These chefs from various origins, are worthy representatives of the local culinary diversity. They officiate in all types of tables, Traditional, Wine Bar, Brasserie, Gourmet, Starred, Classic, Modern, Family... and claim that all cuisines are compatible, that despite their different backgrounds, they can complement and work together to provide a moment of pure pleasure and good taste. When they invite one is sure to have a good time! Always ready to release a novelty out of their bag of tricks for a mouthful of fun in conviviality and good spirits. Grumpy refrain! Unconventional, the kitchen "Toques Brûlées" get together in the most beautiful events in the region to share a moment of pure happiness with their audience.
