Intemporel : Beauty is Hanging by a Thread

Péters Surgical has recently developed a brand-new patented medical device, Intemporel® , dedicated to the treatment of midface ptosis. Intemporel® is composed of a smooth and non absorbable polypropylene monofilament. The thread is armed at one end into a triangular curved needle, and slides, at the other end, along a groove in a hollow needle. This sliding system enables clearing of anatomical curves and allows deep planes to be accessed with great ease. The Facial Contouring and support System, using Intemporel® , is a new mini invasive aesthetic surgical approach. This technique maintains or repositions the face’s volumes through the suspension of sub-cutaneous tissues that sag. The procedure lasts about 1h30 under local anesthesia, no hospitalization is required, just a few days off.
