Back to the village of Mougins, in Mediterranean surroundings with ancient alleys and blue sky light, where prestigious artists such as Picasso, Paul Eluard, Jean Cocteau or Fernand Leger have left their mark - but tastes and flavors don't they both make up a pictorial chart ?- completing the beautiful range to make an event out of it, to create an event shining throughout the world, shared by enthusiasts in a fascinating world bringing together chefs and good food lovers. There, tents were erected to accommodate three days dedicated to excellence: contemplate and enjoy live preparations. One of the highlight of live cooking was Secretary of State for Tourism Frédéric Lefebvre acting in duo with special guest Eric Frechon, three-star chef and Best Crafstman in France, to simmer a recipe by the chef of Bristol in Paris: duck foie gras cooked in foil, smoked oysters, duck broth with green tea, in front of an audience happy to share the secrets and the knack of this culinary virtuoso.
