All suppliers are hand-picked and all fish arrives directly from the local catch on a daily basis. Dealing with small, local fish suppliers means guaranteed freshness for clients. Fishing boats leave local harbours at night and return with their catch in the morning. So all the fish is delivered within 24-48 hours.
Fine YACHT Provisions adhere to the bye-laws on biological produce and are always up-to-date on national and international directives in this domain. The traceability of the products guarantees their origin and consistent quality. All wild and line-fished products like sea bass, bream and red mullet are prepared just the way you like them (descaled, gutted, deboned or cut in portions) and vacuum packed to extend freshness and optimize storage. They also have a wide range of shellfish, crustaceans, mollusks and a great selection of prestige products including caviar, smoked salmon, fine wines and spirits.
