Contest "The Golden Hand in the Feminine"


At Marcel Lesoille's instigation, five times world record holder for opening oysters, consultant and adviser in seafood, inducted yesterday "disciple of Auguste Escoffier", the event's main objective is to highlight the sea and its products through a bio culinary competition, the first female competition internationally realized. It was organized to the attention of students of hoteliers schools and catering schools, based on certified organic ingredients: a bream and accompaniment of organic vegetables, parsnips, pumpkins, Swiss chard, beets, endive. Competition organized in partnership with Enodis, Pomona TerreAzur, Dany, and Air France, Laurent Perrier, Revol, Miscea, Tout Techniquel, Riviera Culinary Institute.

The winner of the 2012 edition is Andrea Lopez, Lycée Jules Ferry in Montpellier

2nd: Margot Dutheil, Lycée Paul Augier in Nice

3rd: Anais Arnaud, CFT Cunac
