Francis Trocellier National Trophy

 

The fourth "Francis Trocellier National Trophy"


This contest was open to professionals of more than 21 years. It was organized by the Disciples of Escoffier Pays Catalan & Occitan, Association for the transmission and modern cuisine (Benelux, Canada, China, USA, France, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Indian Ocean, Switzerland). Set theme: "en habit" Mediterranean bass with its sauce inspired by the Auguste Escoffier's "Guide Culinaire", with its three toppings. The jury was chaired by Jean Claude Guillon, former President of the International Culinary Order. Organizers: Gerard Oudin & Lucien Mandelli, co-presidents.


The winner of the 2012 edition is a girl, Maeva Lezaud, and student in terminal BTS at the "La Colline" Lycée Hotelier in Montpellier.

The second is Emmanuel Boutet, Chef of the restaurant "L'Improviste" in Geneva.

The third is Cyril Hezy, Chef of the Novotel in Le Bourget.

The Francis Trocellier trophy remains the property of the winner, who will expose it in her establishment for two years before its throw-in in 2014, next edition of Agecotel.
