G 20 Delegations Welcoming Ceremony
Nicolas Sarkozy welcomes the G20 delegations.
Cannes inhabitants were invited on the opening morning to welcome the G20 delegations. Mr Sarkozy came to say hello to inhabitants and press. All the delegations motorcade paraded in front of the Espace Riviera at Cannes Palais des Festivals to deliver their precious cargo of head of states to the applause of the public. Mr Sarkozy had deployed the Garde Républicaine to magnify the welcoming ceremony.
